Cursico calmly nodded his head, not caring for insults to his rival of a brother. They only got on when they had the same goal as one another, other times they were more likely to be fighting. In a way he enjoyed hearing bad things about the brother he was very similar too, if not through personality then by fighting experience and body stature. Quite annoying to fight a 'copy' of yourself. "That sounds like my brother." He agreed, although he wasn't so careless about a wolf not knowing about his pack. His Pack! It wasn't like they were particularly small, the other Packs were roughly of the same size, probably to be the biggest once Frost gave birth. "Wolves that can't pay attention die quick, let this be a lesson." He barked, mouth openening wider as he neared the end of his sentence, a string of saliva dropping down at the end before with a thunderous snarl he pushed his head forward, teeth setting their sights for a chunk of throat. To give himself more speed, he even pushed with his back paws which had dug their claws into the ground for leverage.

Featherdust jumped, backing away quickly before staring at Cursico, growling as he lowering himself down, ready for a fight, so much for not fighting.........great. Featherdust looked at Nightwing who was watching him closely. Like she was waiting for her chance to rip him apart as well. He growled louder, "I didn't come looking for a fight." He was going to try once last time before he attacked, his target was the female considering he was larger then her. Nightwing growled, "Well, then pay more attention then you might not have to worry about getting attacked." Nightwing walked closer to him, her tail whiping the air as she watched Featherdust look between the two of them. What's he planing?

"Announce Howlers to be your superior, every single one of us. Then maybe I won't want to make you the new flooring of my den." Cursico growled, still crouched low against the ground. "NightWing, watch yourself." He added to his packmate, not ignorant to which of them would look to be the easiest target. A wolf that didn't want to fight was bound to go for the weaker one, if NightWing was seriously harmed then Cursico was likely to be more distracted by her and let the interloper off. Not something he wanted after his blood thirst had already built up.

"What do you mean by my superiors?" Featherdust mumbled., trying to think of a way to get away. He was drawing a blank so he was just going to have to wait for an answer. Nightwing watched him, ready to attack if he decided to try anything. She wasn't about to let anyone get away with stealing their prey.

Cursico barked in spite, the sound echoing through the night. "It's stupid too." He laughed, carefully creeping closer to Featherdust. "Do you want a definition for superior? Or are you stalling?" The wolf ran its raspy tongue along its pointed teeth, "The more you stall, the less likely I'll let you go." The tip of Cursico's tail was twitching rapidly as he waited for a chance to get a hold of Featherdust, or less enthusiastically send the creature on its way, hopefully never to return. He could see Nightwing's anticipation, and hoped she wouldn't do something foolish because of it. Although she did look like she was in control, control was a fickle thing that could slip. Instincts dictated that anything which ran from you should be chased, and considering that was an instinct which kept most wolves filled with food it was a hard thing to deny.

"I'll I'm trying to do is make sure I've got everything straight, not the fastest wolf if you haven't noticed," Featherdust growled, he wasn't sure if he wanted to do it but it seemed he wasn't being given a choice. "So, all I have to do is say your high then me?" He disliked that idea even though what would his pack care if he did. They barely saw on another, how would they feel bothered by him doing it? Featherdust growled, he tried to be a good member but there wasn't much of a pack for him to follow, sure he was a member but the pack was loosely held together, nearly falling apart as far Featherdust was concerned. My pack could learn a thing or two from this tiny pack...........grrrrr that is sad to admit, Featherdust looked between the two wolves a idea forming that could get him killed. (Is is possible for him to change packs?)
Nightwing watched Featherdust, her anger towards the idiot growing, Why does ha have to ask so many questions? It's obvious that he has no brain but must he show it?!?!!? Nightwing's tail lashed behind her, she was now wishing she had just killed the dumb wolf. Whether it got her in trouble or not. "Well, you just spit out your answer or just roll over and die!" Nightwing growled, taking a step closer to Featherdust, who turned to face her growling, ready to fight this time.

((Ooc: Yes, as in the Howlers wolves can join and leave as they please. Just not trespass without proper respect and blah... blah. Anyway, this is going to be a short post cause my brain is very much melted)). Cursico bristled with impatience. The boy had to be a fool, he was sure he had made himself absolutely clear, what could possibly be in the creatures mind to hinder its intelligence so severely? He watched his packmate turn on the trespasser, and the intruder turn on her. "Do not turn from me. I am your greatest of worries!" Cursico snarled, his voice heavy with rage. "All you have to do, is lie on your back, show your throat and tell me how much of a worm you are!" He knew he had risen the stakes, but he didn't care one bit, his skin tingled with agitated blood-lust.

Featherdust growled, looking at the ground as he considered the fact that he was probably going to die, just his luck. He looked between Cursico and Nightwing sighing, "Fine, but I have a question, not related to the annoying ones before, is your pack a pack or loosely joined wolves?" Featherdust noticed that things were different here and was hoping he could join.......if they didn't kill him first. It probably wasn't his smarted idea to annoy them first but oh well, it was done already. Featherdust laid against the ground, not willing to roll over till he has his real questions answered.
Nightwing watched him, annoyed but also confused by his odd question, "What's it matter to you? You have a pack, whether it's a good pack or not, I can't say but why the sudden swap of stupid questions? You wanta die?" Nightwing growled, looking to Cursico, not sure what his would do since this wolf was swapping subjects rather quickly.

Cursico's left ear twitched in disapproval. This wolf had no respect for an alphas command. He wanted to leave the question unanswered until the intruder noticed and did what he had been commanded to do first. However, Nightwing spoke out, and he cast a glance at her, his full-yellow eyes narrowing communicatively to tell her to quieten. An Alpha's pride was something any wolf should be aware of. A pack had to be structured or else it could become chaotic, that meant discipline and complete respect to those placed in a higher rank than oneself. Something Feather wasn't doing. If it were possible he would have made his stance more aggressive, but as it were he just re-fixed his stare back to the interloper, waiting for him to catch the drift and stop asking questions which were making it less and less likely for joining to be possible. If an Alpha didn't like a wolf, then there was no chance for it to join.

Nightwing sighed, watching Featherdust, really wanting to attack him but she didn't feel like getting in trouble. Featherdust watched Cursico, annoyed that there was no answer, he sighed, rolling over, really hoping not to die, not yet anyway. He would be willing to try and take a certain wolf with him if he died but that wolf wasn't here to attack. "Better?"
Nightwing watched him, know wondering that was going to happen, she didn't expect the wolf to really roll over.
