Name: Shade
Gender: She-wolf
Age: 1
Clan: None
Rank: Loner
Description: Shade’s coat is a deep dark ‘deadwood’ tint that looks black in the shade or at night. She has some lighter brown patches of fur scattered among her. Shade’s coat is smooth and glows with constant health. Her build is rather small for a female, yet it is sturdy and well-portioned for a femme. Her eyes are a pool of a really dull shade of yellow—it can almost be called white.
Personality: Shade is a rather well-tempered young wolf, barely grasping the title of a pup. Shade may still act like a pup but when it comes to situations she handles it maturely. It doesn’t take a while to become a dear friend of hers but to gain her trust is like trailing after something that you may never get. Shade keeps most secrets close to her and rarely gives allows others to know. She is withdrawn from most other wolves unless you give her a few reasons not to be. When it comes to fighting, Shade is a savage beast that won’t give notice when given the order to attack. Nerveless to say, Shade is loyal and will sacrifice her own life for those few that she cares deeply about…those true friends.
Shade tends to talk to herself when she is bored or lonely. She can be obsessed with the silliest things that can be ranged from a log to a cricket. Whatever is fascinating in her book, she rolls with it. You can also catch her playing with a beetle or talking to a rock that is just sitting there. Yeah, she can be quite weird though she only does it when she’s really bored.
History: Shade was born to a still mother to whom she never really saw, nor knew. Her father shoved Shade in another she-wolfs face who wanted nothing to do with the tiny orphaned pup. Quickly after she received Shade, the ruthless female dumped her off into the forest alone and simply told the father that the pup died. Shade, lonely and cold made friends with a tiny black beetle and talked to whatever was near. She was lonely and desperate for company at the time, wondering why no one was there with her. A wandering femme found the tiny pup and took her in with her own two pups that were about the same age as Shade. The older she-wolf gave the tiny pup the name Shade, and raised her until she was weaned. Then Shade got bored with the place and left at age one, on a journey to find a pack that she could call home.
